Who is The Teacher ?

According to Saidina Ali Ra, that teacher is one who teach or educate me although only one letter. So also according to aphorism learn is warrior without honors. But according to law about chapter 1 lecturer and teacher section 1. Teacher is  professional educator with especial duty educate, teaching, guiding, instructing, train, assessing and evaluating educative by participants at education of age child early, formal education band, education of base, and middle education. 
If we see of all definitions existing in above, it is of course that still very far, when we compare with our teachers exist in State Indonesia which we love. Where still there are many hardness in education environment which we witness either in television and also in other media. Where this matter it is of course very oppose against a that ideal teacher. Where that ideal Teacher is like or suitable to its name. that is :    
T : Thoughtful. Teacher must be thoughtful toward his/her profession, and must be thoughtful toward problems appear from the pupils, although the problem incoming from outside or within of the student. 
E : Educated. Teacher as educated is dedicated to His/her profession, he/she works with passion and zeal, yields fantastic results, is proud to sow love for learning and leaves an indelible mark on her/his pupils. She/he endeavors to keep up with the changing times and adapts easily to his/her students needs. She/he is the epitome of efficiency and strives to maintain a balance in her/his approach to teaching. 

A : Attentive. Teacher as must be attentive, where as a teacher create a lesson which holds a child’s interest. He/she makes His/her lessons meaningful with the use of variety of methods and teaching aids. He/she finds creative ways to nourish the mind, foster individuality and develop each of her pupil’s personality, instead of solely concentrating on mental exercise and agility. This brand of education which allows flexibility and banishes boredom makes the lesson a fun-time, effective learning experience for the child. 

C : Committee. Teacher as committed is one who is deeply committed to her profession. She/he is well aware of her/him tremendous influence on his/her pupils and spares no efforts to develop not only the intellect, but also the character and life skills of his/her pupils.     

H : Helpful. Teacher must be helpful to his/ her pupil’s that the teacher provides plenty of opportunities to each of her pupils and helps them to make good use of their talents and develop skills. He/she motivates, inspires and appreciates His/her pupil’s efforts and initiatives and fosters a sense of responsibility in the growing child. He/she encourages her students to participate in extra-curricular activities such as sports, debates, and dramatics and in inter-school competitions-these serve as excellent training grounds for developing leadership skills in the students.

E : Example. Teacher as example is An teacher being acutely conscious of his/her power over her students, is eager to set a good example to his/her students. She/he makes careful preparation before taking the class. She/he is always caring and respectful to all under His/her wings and makes sure that He/she is ever ready to tap the hidden potential of each child in a fair and conscientious manner. She/he makes a determined effort to not only set good examples verbally, but more importantly graphically by practicing before preaching. 

R : Respectful. Teacher must be respectful expects no rewards, his/her reward purely lies in the task well done. He/she is eager to see children develop into mature, intelligent adults and good citizens, herein lays her reward. He/she knows that encouraging students to use their rightful privileges develops character as efficiently as teaching them to fulfill their obligations.
